Fruits that Help you in Losing Weight



Maintaining a fit body is no easy task. Regular workout and proper diet are the two most important aspect of it. While losing weight you have to give up on many of your favorite and tasty food items. Now that can be really difficult as you cannot take in any fats and also you cannot stay hungry. If you tend to stay hungry for a long time then your body goes in hibernation mode and starts saving the fat. So you need to eat something in a little while that is not only fat free but also fulfills your body need. This is where fruits come to your rescue.
Fruits are not only good for health but delicious too. All fruits are good for us but there are few fruits that help you in weight loss. Switch your unhealthy snacks with these fruits and stay fit.
Pineapple –

apart from it being tasty and juicy pineapples have great health benefits. They not only help in weight loss but also in improving digestion, strengthen bones, improves immunity and many others. They include nutrients like potassium, copper, calcium, vitamin C, manganese and also soluble and insoluble fiber.
Bananas –

Bananas are considered fattening by many people but that is a myth. Bananas have a very small amount of fat which is almost negligible. It contains many other nutrients like potassium, fiber, antioxidants, vitamin B6 and vitamin C, magnesium, copper, protein and water. It helps in digestion and weight loss. Bananas should be eaten in appropriate quantities like if you two in the morning then you should eat the next two at least 2 – 3 hours later.
Avocado –

Avocado is a fruit favored by all health conscious people. The main reason for that is it is a fat rich food but the fat is not the unhealthy fat. The fat is monounsaturated oleic acid which is also the main nutrient in olive oil and is very healthy. It is healthy for heart and it is loaded with fiber. The fiber contributes in weight loss and lowers blood sugar spikes.
Oranges –

they are well known for high concentration of vitamin C. they are not only delicious but also have fiber. They help in digestion. They have antioxidants and are known to help support our immunity system.
